Yes. We can arrange shipment to any countries.

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Orders submitted online can be delivered to all the countries. Shipping charge differs from the shipping address and package content. For more detail, you can check when check out.


How to change shipping address?

You can edit the shipping address at checkout the page, before completing the payment. If you already paied and order is under” Processing” situation, pls contact us with new shipping address. Once order shipped out, the shipping address can’t be edited.

How to change billing address?
You can edit the billing address at checkout the page, before completing the payment. The billing address can’t be edited once payment info is submitted.
Note: The billing address won’t affect the shipment of your order. If you already paid but want to change it, you may contact with your card bank.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option cancel or change your order before shipment. Pls contact with us for shipment situation first.

What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

How to check my order status?

Note: On our site, accounts can be registered by customers’ email, Facebook account, or Google account, respectively may be generated 3 different accounts. Please find out under which account you made the order, and make sure you log in to the correct account.

Are there any additional fee for customs?
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. You may contact your local customs office for more information.
Note: During shipping, related fee may incur due to local policy. For your order, if you receive any emails, texts from DHL, USPS, UPS, or FEDEX, please forward it to us. Our company will bear and deal with related fee. Or if you paid the tax already, please keep related documents and email to us. We can make some compensation accordingly. Handling time is 1-2 working days.

How long will delivery take?
Around 5-9 business days, you will get the package. Please note that there may be delays on rare occasions or in remote areas due to COVID-19 impact.

Why does the USPS tracker say that they haven’t received my package yet?
As our packages are shipped internationally, you may not begin to see updates via US shipping companies until the package is cleared by US customs and entry is granted into the country. Once this process has been completed, you will then begin to see updates via the US couriers tracking site.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Yes. You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.

Our warehouses are located worldwide ( like Asia, North America, Europe and The Middle East). We typically ship your packages from the nearest warehouse that has your items in stock.
Note: In the event your items are stocked in different warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages.
