In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Nioshlist customer service team will contact with you within 24 hours with solution.
We can only accept return requests within 14 calendar days from the time you received your order. In order for products to be authorized for a return, the products must be untouched, unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as they were shipped. There are no exceptions to this.
All returns must be authorized by Nioshlist prior to receipt. Once this is processed, our team will provide you with a return label for you to be able to send the product back to us. Upon confirmation that the return has been arrived in good condition, our team will then provide you with either, replacements, or refund for an amount equal to the purchase price of the product you returned.
Opened boxes/bags/wrappings will not be eligible for returns. The original packaging must be returned and must be clear of any damage whatsoever.
